With easy its’ easy to construct design, it’s something the whole family (Ages 3+ recommended) can enjoy and parents will love the easy storage.

Recently, PicassoTiles sent us this awesome, educational Tool Work Bench Set and we love it! Anyone who knows my kids, know they love to tinker and this toy was the perfect addition to their ever-growing collection.
Right away, Emmy started gathering the tools she needed and got to work! After asking her what she was working on several times, she finally replied, “Mom, I making with my tools.”
This PicassoTiles PTT304 Tool Work Bench Set is a great STEAM toy that helps promote fine motor skills and hand eye coordination, helps children practice counting, promotes color recognition, helps develop problem-solving skills, and allows kids to be kids and let their curious minds get creative.
Another great feature of this toy, is the ability to break it down and store it by converting the tool bench back into a suitcase that holds all of the pieces. It’s super lightweight which makes is perfect if your little ones like to bring toys to friends’ and families’ houses.
As you can see, this toy was a big hit with both Emmy and Sofia. Thank you again PicassoTiles!
When it’s too hot to play outside, I usually have to get creative with how we play during the day and since all of my girls enjoy different toys, it can be a challenge to keep everyone happy. Thankfully, we were sent this awesome Glow in the Dark Flexible Race Track from PicassoTiles and it has given the girls a fun way to play together.
One of the coolest features is that the entire track not only glows in the dark, but it has 11 feet of flexible, bendable track pieces for endless building options. It also comes with 2 battery operated race cars with LED lights, a tower bridge, a gas station, and fun road signs.
Another important feature I want to mention is that it’s constructed out of high quality materials that are NON-TOXIC, BPA safe, and lead safe so no need to worry while your kids play. However, there are some small parts, so be cautious and follow the recommended age guidelines. (3 Years and Up)
Assembly of the track is fairly easy since the pieces simply snap together and your little ones can get creative customizing the shape of the track. When you are ready to clean up, just roll up the track pieces and place them in the container for quick and easy storage.
Sofia and Emilia love this new race track and we all can’t wait to play with it again in the dark.
Thanks for stopping by!

As a teacher, I am always thinking of ways for my kids to learn while still having fun and this rattle does the job. With several different modes built-in, the Shake and Tell Bunny features the alphabet and counting from 1-100, 40 different stimulating rattle sounds, nursery rhymes, 4 musicality training modes, and it even has a voice recorder with 4 different voice changing effects. How fun is that?!
In addition to its’ many educational features, the Alilo Shake and Tell Smart Bunny Rattle is also BPA free, Phthalates free, and lead free. AKA worry free for me and Lilly who seems to be putting anything and everything into her mouth these days.
Check out Sofia testing a few of the different rattle sounds below. At one point, she was hiding in various parts of our house (unbeknownst to me) with this rattle and I thought I was hearing things. #momlife
Overall, I am super happy with the Alilo Shake and Tell Smart Bunny Rattle. It’s a great way for my girls to learn through play and what could be better than that? Thanks for stopping by!
We’ve been in our house for a couple months now and I am finally ready to reveal the girls’ shared bedroom. Prior to moving in, I had asked the older girls how they would like to decorate their room and what color they wanted their walls to be painted. Immediately they expressed how much they LOVE unicorns and anything princess, so the hunt for the perfect decor began. I wanted to keep the decor minimal, but still showcase the things they love, all while having an ultra feminine feel. I was undecided on the wall color for quite some time, but after going back and forth between a few colors, we all agreed on Cupcake Pink by Behr.(Paint color can be bought here.) I went with the eggshell finish and I am so happy with how it turned out; it pairs perfectly with the white, gold, and grey accents throughout their room.
Ivory area rug can be found here.
I found a lot of the decor at Hobby Lobby including the letters, tassel banner and the Once upon a Time picture. You can shop these items in the links below.
Gold Glitter Letter Wood Wall Decor, Tassel Banner& Once Upon a Time Wood Wall Decor
The flowers and sparkle sign are also from Hobby Lobby and can be found here. (Wild Rose Wall Decor & Gold Sparkle Metal Wall Decor) The Unicorn Canvas art, gold accent table, curtains, white bedding and faux fur pillows are all from Homegoods.
You can find these super cute crown pillows here & the unicorn head wall decor here.
The last piece in the girls’ shared space that I love is the little heart cabinet; they use it like a vanity and can often be found checking out all their dress-up looks in the mirrors. It was made by my best friend’s grandfather and she gifted it to me since her little girl has outgrown it. When I got the cabinet it was a glossy white color, but I decided to refinish it with some chalk paint and I love it! You can find the chalk paint I used here.
I am so happy the girls’ have a space that reflects their sweet personalities. Now I can focus on Lilly’s nursery and I will share that once it’s finished. Thanks for stopping by!
As of late, I haven’t been focusing too much on the blog because I’ve been consumed with shopping. Terrible, I know, but furnishing & decorating a home is extremely time-consuming, especially for a mama with three kids 4 & under. Despite being busy with my girls everyday, I’ve managed to carve out time here & there where I can run out ALONE (thanks to free babysitters aka my family) and really focus on finding some perfect pieces. With that being said, I am happy to report that I’ve put quite a dent in my milelong to-do list and will finally be able to start unpacking and organizing by next weekend. Until then, here is a list of what you can expect to see when I post the home tour in a few weeks.
- Shared ‘Magical-Princess-Unicorn’ themed room for Sofia & Emilia (they chose their theme & I love it)
- Woodland themed nursery for little Miss Lilliana because H-E-L-L-O woodland animals are amazing
- Main living spaces, which will be a blend of my style and John’s, but cozy nonetheless
- Guest bedroom & bathroom
- Master bedroom & bathroom
- Backyard/Outdoor living space
I can’t wait to share everything on here, wish us luck as we tackle this move in the heat with our crazy kiddos!
